I've stayed at this hotel before and had a much better experience. Unfortunately, my recent stay was quite disappointing due to bed bugs and unclean linens. I found hair under the sheets, and when I asked for new sheets, they simply tidied up the bed instead of changing it, which is just unacceptable. It's really frustrating because the place has potential, but cleanliness is definitely a major issue.
